THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15898 OF 2014 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus for declaring the action of the respondents in returning the application of the petitioner submitted on 26.12.2013 for compassionate appointment insisting the petitioner to produce no-objection certificate from the rest of the family members as illegal.
The mother of the writ petitioner while working as an un-skilled worker in APGENCO at Upper Sileru, Visakhapatnam district expired in harness on 07.01.2010. Therefore, the writ petitioner submitted a representation on 30.12.2010 seeking to consider her case for appointment on compassionate grounds. The petitioner has got an elder sister, who is already married and there is also an adopted son to her mother. The married daughter is now giving no objection. Therefore, the respondents are directed to immediately take up the case of the writ petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a maximum period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. All the miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
