The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said application within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.
