As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on earlier two occasions, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for Orders". Even today also, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner nor is there any representation made on her behalf.

2. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
