Though the writ petition is filed stating that it is a Public Interest Litigation, the office has posted the matter before this Court which has no provision. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition by raising additional grounds to show that it is a Public Interest Litigation. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as being withdrawn reserving liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, interim orders, if any passed, shall stand dissolved.
