HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J SREENIVAS RAO WRIT PETITION No.21084 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing on 31.01.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was posted to 08.02.2023. On 08.02.2023 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. To give one final opportunity the matter was posted to 10.02.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. But, today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the morning and afternoon sessions.

3. In view of the same, it clearly shows that the petitioner is not having any interest to prosecute the matter.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
