Learned counsel for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3 is present.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the present petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the proceedings in C.C.No.58 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mulug, ended in compromise on 14.03.2016 before the Lok Adalat.
3. In view of the representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
