CVNR, J & GSP, J C.M.A.No.955 of 2010 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against order, dated 12.11.2009, in E.A.No.263 of 2009 in E.A.No.267 of 2008 in E.P.No.33 of 2007 in O.S.No.1412 of 1989 on the file of the IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad. At the hearing, Sri C.V. Rajeeva Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that the disputes with the respondents have been settled out of Court and that no further orders in this appeal are required to be passed. Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal need not be adjudicated on merits. In the light of the above submission of the learned counsel, the appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court.
