ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 28.9.2015, in I.A.No.456 of 2015 in OS.No.566 of 2008 on the file of learned III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur.
After arguing the case, Mr. Gade Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to his clients to explain the purport of the written statement with reference to the evidence adduced by them.
The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
