THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15554 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that after expiry of his father on 29.01.1984 he continued the possession and enjoyment of the land admeasuring 0.32 guntas in Sy.No.727/1, 0.16 guntas in Sy.No.762 and 0.03 guntas in sy.No.764, total to an extent of Ac.1.11 guntas situated at Bellal Tarfa, Bodhan Mandal, Nizamabad District, having inherited under 'Will' as well as through natural succession by virtue of possessory ownership rights being the only son of his late father D.Balakotaiah, who purchased the aforesaid land in the year 1962 from one Cherukuri Narayanaswamy and constructed four rooms with tin shed roof, possessing all right, title and interest over an area of 1500 Sq.ft. bearing No.1-3-393/1(old).

While so, though the petitioner made application for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattedar pass book and title deeds in respect of the subject lands, no orders were passed. Hence the petitioner again made application through E-Seva on 19.09.2014. But no orders are passed. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application submitted by the petitioner on 19.09.2014 for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for grant of pattedar pass book and title deed, is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to dispose of the same. As such, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application, within a period of three months from the date of receipt

of a copy of this order, in accordance with law and take action accordingly.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
