Petitioners claim to be the owners and in possession of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1.26 guntas and Ac.1.27 guntas each, in Sy.No.182/2 and 182 of Chillapuram Revenue village, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, respectively. Their names were mutated in the revenue records and pattadar pass books were issued. As per the new policy issued by the Government, petitioners submitted application for issuance of new pattadar pass books and title deeds. Alleging inaction in considering the application, this Writ Petition is filed.

Material on record would disclose that application was not made by the petitioners in the prescribed form for issuance of pattadar pass books. Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to petitioners to make an application in the prescribed form through online web portal requesting for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. On filing such application, the Tahsildar (4th respondent) is directed to process the application and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioners. If the petitioners are entitled to mutate their names in the revenue records and entitled to passbooks and title deeds, the same shall be accordingly mutated and issued. Entire exercise shall be completed within six weeks from the date of receipt of application from the petitioners.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
