THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.24876 of 2006 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the proceedings in Rc.No.35170/2005/H-1, dated 19.12.2005, issued by the Commissioner for Co-operation and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies-first respondent herein and the consequent letter, dated 20.06.2006 of the 2nd respondent, as arbitrary and illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court, dated 03.03.2011, in W.P.No.7162 of 2006 and Batch.

3. Following the said common order, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the proceedings, dated 19.12.2005, issued by the first respondent are hereby quashed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
