CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.3940 of 2008 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for certiorari to quash order, dated 16.11.2007, in F.A.No.1253 of 2006 of respondent No.2. 2.

On 13.04.2012, this Court on being informed that Mr.N.V.S.R.Gopala Krishnama Charyulu, who appeared as the counsel for the petitioner died and though the name of Ms.R.Kameswari, another counsel, appearing along with the said deceased counsel was on record, she gave up her vakalat, directed urgent administrative notice to the petitioner returnable by 27.04.2012. The office note shows that in compliance with the said direction, notice was sent to the petitioner through speed post, but the same has not been returned served or otherwise. Though more than six years had elapsed since then, the petitioner has not made any alternative arrangement by engaging any other counsel. At the hearing, no one representing the petitioner is present.

In the light of the above facts, this Court has no option other than dismissing the Writ Petition for non-prosecution and same is, accordingly, dismissed as such.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 07.05.2008, in W.P.M.P.No.5151 of 2008 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.5151 of 2008 and W.V.M.P.No.2268 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
