This writ petition has been filed questioning inaction on the part of the respondents 2 to 4 in registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.09.2019 as against the respondents 5 and 6.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions dated 24.09.2019 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Machareddy Police Station, submitted that the petitioner gave a complaint on 01.09.2019 stating that one Kola Malla Goud and his son-in-law are trying to enter into his land in Sy.No.61/1 to n extent of Ac.0.21 gts., in Sy.No.60/1 to an extent of Ac.1.10 gts., and Ac.3.20 gts., situated at Fareedpet Village, Machareddy Mandal and based on the said complaint, GD entry was made and after conducting enquiry and collecting report from the Mandal Revenue Officer, Machareddy, registered a case in Crime No.142/2019 under Sections 447, 506 read with 34 IPC of Machareddy Police Station on 23.09.2019.

In that view of the matter, recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
