Learned counsel for the 4th respondent submits that the sole writ petitioner died, on 05.05.2018.

Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that he returned the case bundle to the petitioner along with no objection vakalat and that he has no instructions from the legal representatives of the deceased sole writ petitioner. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
