SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5311 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioners/Accused seeking to quash the proceedings in P.R.C. No.18 of 2010, pending on the file of the Court of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304-B of I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, filed a Memo, reporting that he received written instructions from the Kukatpally Housing Board Police Station stating that the matter underwent trial and the petitioners in P.R.C No.18 of 2010 were convicted. 3.

Hence, recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
