This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3, in giving NOC to the petitioner for getting electricity connection to his house bearing No.15-7/1 situated at N.S.P.Camp Colony, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
