This appeal is filed by the appellant-claimant under Section 173 of the M.V. Act, aggrieved by the judgment, dated 13.12.2004, in O.P.No.135 of 2002, passed by the Special Judge for the trial of offences under the SCs & STs (PoA) Act-cum-VI Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cumXX Addl. Chief Judge, Secunderabad. 2.

No representation for the appellant. Costs imposed by this Court, vide order, dated 07.06.2018 has not been complied with. It appears, the appellant has no interest to pursue the appeal.

Therefore, the Appeal is dismissed for default with costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
