The cause of action in this Writ Petition is with regard to constitution of grant of renewal of affiliation for the academic year 2013-2014.

Since the matter was filed in the month of June, 2013 and notice before admission was ordered and the same is again listed now after five years without having any interim order in favour of the petitioner. Since the academic year 2013-14 is elapsed, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner that if he is so advised, he shall take up the remedy under law as and when fresh cause of action arises.
