Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing the writ petition, the respondents have withdrawn the impugned orders and therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
