WRIT APPEAL No.100 OF 2016 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Smt Akella Padma, learned counsel for petitioner, does not press this petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to file revision under Section 9 of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act before the revisional authority. She seeks direction to the revisional authority to consider her revision on merits without entering into the issue of limitation. Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
If the petitioner files a revision, as aforementioned within a period of two weeks from today, the revisional authority shall consider the same on merits in accordance with law, after condoning the delay in filing the revision application. It is needless to mention that revisional authority shall decide the revision after issuing notices to respondents and granting them opportunity of being heard.
