ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 19.06.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20613 of 2018.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents contends that in pursuance of the order dated 19.6.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20613 of 2018, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and passed order dated 27.8.2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that the case of the petitioner was not considered for appointment to the post of MPHA, but the respondents have considered her case to the post of contract MPHA, which is not a true compliance.

Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the view that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 27.8.2018, she must challenge the same in an appropriate forum. This Court

cannot examine as to whether the order passed by this Court was rightly considered or not in contempt proceedings. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 27.8.2018 in an appropriate forum.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
