Since the petitioner has earlier filed W.P.No.2321 of 2018 which was withdrawn by him on 26.02.2018 and no leave was granted to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition, petitioner could not have filed the present Writ Petition for identical relief. 2.

Therefore, the order dt.07.06.2018 in I.A.No.2 of 2018 in W.P.No.18250 of 2018 is vacated and I.A.No.3 is allowed. 3.

In the absence of leave having been granted to the petitioner to file the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is also dismissed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
