This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 29.1.2016 passed in I.A. No.38 of 2016 in O.S. No.49 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Madanapalle. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the matter was settled in Lok Adalat. In view of the submission made by both the counsel, no further orders are necessary in this revision.
