ORDER:
Petitioner submits that they have filed a complaint dated 24.12.2014
before respondents 2 and 3 alleging that respondents 4 and 5 are interfering with their agricultural operations. Alleging that no action is taken on the said complaint, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Instructions received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home show that the complaint of the petitioners was received through respondent No.2 and based on that, respondent No.3 registered Cr.No.16 of 2015 and investigation is taken up and is in progress. Copy of the FIR is also enclosed along with the instructions.
3. In view of the fact that crime is registered and investigation is already taken up, no further orders are required to be passed except directing respondent No.3 to complete the investigation expeditiously and file an appropriate report/charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate. Subject to the above, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
