This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.480 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Amberpet Police Station, Hyderabad City.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of the investigation, the investigating agency filed the charge sheet.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous.

Hence the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
