The present Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. assailing the order dated 11.11.2011 passed in Crl.M.P.No.4685 of 2011 in STC No.34 of 2007 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Madanapalle. 2 Learned counsel for the respondent present. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Revision Case with liberty to avail remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

3 In the result, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Revision Case, if any, shall stand closed.
