This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused seeking bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.O2 of 2O2O dated 26'O3 '2O2O on the file of CID Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 42O read with 12O-B of the Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record'

The case of the prosecution is that several accused including this accused entered into cheating the public in general on the promise of huge returns l \ \ in Forex Investments. Though investments were taken the money was not returned' The allegation

) against this petitioner who is the resident of Uttar Pradesh is that nearly Rs.85,00,000/- were transferred to this petitioner in the account of Shiva Shakti Associates.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a false case is hled against this petitioner. Though, he has nothing to do with the alleged offences. Either in the charge sheet and remand report of any accused, it is mentioned that this petitioner was involved. However, as seen from the case of the prosecution, Rs.85,O0,OOO|- were transferred to the account of this petitioner. Having entered into conspiracy with the other accused, no grounds to grant relief of anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending ln this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
