This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief/s: 'To issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus to declare the notice issued under Section 411 of the HMC Act, 1955, by the respondents dated 14.11.2008 vide No.4551/TPS/C9/CZ/GHMC/2008 directing the petitioner to bring the building in conformity with the sanctioned plan, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust apart from violative of principles of natural justice and consequently to set aside the same and pass any other order'.

[Reproduced verbatim] Sri P.Kesava Rao, the learned standing counsel representing the 1st and 2nd respondents and Sri V.Rajagopal Reddy, the counsel for the 3rd respondent are present. On 29.07.2015, it was represented that the sole petitioner died and steps have to be taken for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the sole petitioner died and the writ petition may be dismissed as abated. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
