HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27623 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner questioning the award dated 29-10-2014 of the 2nd respondent in Arbitration/CF/No.708/2013, dated 29-10-2014, filed writ petition No.34718 of 2015 and the same was disposed of by this Court on 0211-2015 granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal under Section 70 of A.P.Chit Funds Act, 1982.

(for short " the Act"). Once again the present writ petition is filed challenging the same award dated 29-10-2014. The writ petition is mis-conceived. Under Section 70 of the Act, appeal lies against the impugned award, instead of availing alternative remedy, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
