This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in registering the FIR on the complaint dated 08-04-2018 given by the petitioner.

It is brought to my notice by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that the so-called complaint made by the petitioner dated 08-04-2018 does not disclose the offence on the face of it. As such, no action has been taken by the police.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. If any offence is committed against the petitioner, it is always open to him to make fresh complaint. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
