+THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.6075 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against the petitioner/ A-2 in Crime No.51 of 2016 of Keshavapatnam Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 448, 427 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A-2 and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material on record. Admittedly, a perusal of the material on record clearly evident that there are no serious allegations against the petitioner/A-2, but at the same time the investigating agency will take all the grounds as raised herein by the petitioner during the course of investigation. The petitioner/A-2 is at liberty to raise all these grounds before the investigating agency, which can consider the same.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report that may be filed by the investigating agency, he is at liberty to approach this Court for challenging the same. Meanwhile, the respondent police are directed to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioners and file final report in accordance with law. In the event of necessity, the police concerned are at liberty to issue a notice to the petitioners for the purpose of investigation and on receipt of such notice the petitioners shall appear before the police and cooperate with the investigating agency.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
