This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 2 to 5 in trying to change the patta land of the petitioners in Sy.Nos 480, 481/11, 481/9, 481/10 admeasuring an extent of Ac.0-39 guntas, Ac.1-00 guntas, Ac.0-29 guntas and Ac.0-30 guntas, in total an extent of Ac.3-18 guntas situated at Narketpally Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District into dumping yard and burial ground inspite of representations made by them on 16-08-2019 and 11-09-2019 as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondents are not interfering with the possession of petitioners over subject land, but however the same survey numbers contain other lands also and the lands which are not assigned are being given to dumping yard and grave yard.

Learned counsel for the petitioners says that recording the said submission, the writ petition may be disposed of.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere

with the possession of petitioners over subject land without following due process of law.
