Heard. With the consent of both counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Petitioner's father died as an employee of State of Andhra Pradesh. Petitioner's grievance is with reference to disbursement of terminal benefits accrued to the account of the late employee. This being a service grievance, petitioner has to invoke the jurisdiction of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. The Administrative Tribunal is the court of first instance to adjudicate the matters in service dispute.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy available under the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
