THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.18264 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: ".....Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declare the impugned orders passed by the 4th respondent vide No.B/4/2013 grievance, dated 11.02.2014 is illegal, arbitrary, unsustainable, biased orders........"

The Assistant Government Pleader objects maintainability of writ petition on the ground of appeal is maintainable.

This Court is in agreement with the objection raised by the Assistant Government Pleader.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:

(a) The petitioner is given liberty to file appeal within four (04) weeks from today.

(b) The appellate authority/3rd respondent considers disposing of appeal as expeditiously as possible preferably within three (03) months. It is needless to observe that appellate authority calls for the entire record, examines how entries are maintained and passes a reasoned and well informed order.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
