THE HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN WRIT PETITION No.27017 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 to release Tata Magic Auto bearing Reg. No. AP 15 TV 3171 to the petitioner, which was seized in Cr.No.155 of 2017 on the file of P.S. Kataram, Jayashanker Bhupalapally (Karimnagar District).

Learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted written instructions signed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kataram Police Station, Jayashanker Bhupalapally (Karimnagar District) stating that the vehicle Tata Magic Auto bearing Reg. No. AP 15 TV 3171 has already been released by following due procedure of law, after passing interim orders dated 21-08-2017. 3.

In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing this Writ Petition has already been defeated, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
