HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.8439 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.1 to relax the conditions imposed in the order dated 17.08.2017, passed in Crl.M.P. No.1000 of 2017 in Crl.M.P. No.672 of 2017 in Crime No.126 of 2014 of Parvathagiri Police Station, Warangal by the Principal Sessions Judge, Warangal.

As per the record, the learned Sessions Judge, Warangal imposed certain conditions and released the petitioner/Accused No.1 on bail. Hence, the petitioner/Accused No.1 is directed to approach the learned Sessions Judge at Warangal for the aforesaid relief. Accordingly, with this observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
