THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16998 of 2008 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the first respondent in not taking further steps in Crime No.94 of 2005 of Puttaparthi Urban Police Station, Anantapur including completing the investigation.

The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions dated 21.04.2015, submits that investigation in the case was completed and a charge sheet was filed on 12.02.2015. He further submits that the case is pending trial in C.C.No.46 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Penukonda, Anantapuram District.
