HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 41280 of 2016 ORAL ORDER:
Petitioners were prosecuting post graduation. Petitioners claim that as in-service candidates, when they are prosecuting the post graduation medical course, they are also entitled to full salary and allowances as applicable to the post, held by them, whereas, no pay and allowances are paid nor any stipend is paid to them. Ventilating their grievances, petitioners have submitted representations dated 8.1.2016 and 5.5.2016 to the authorities, but so far their representations are not answered, causing lot of hardship and suffering. 2.
It appears, petitioners have submitted representations to the Principal Secretary, Labour Employment and Training, Telangana, with a copy to the Director, Insurance Medical Services, Telangana- 4th respondent ventilating their grievances and requesting to grant them pay and allowances for the period while undergoing the post graduation course of study. 3.
In the circumstances, without expressing any opinion, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representations of petitioners dated 8.1.2016 and 5.5.2016 and pass appropriate orders by assigning reasons in support of the decision as warranted by law and communicate the decision to the petitioners within a period of six weeks thereon. No costs.
Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
