THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3091 of 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is filed to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner - accused apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.248 of 2016 of Habeebnagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for an offence punishable under Section 306 IPC. Earlier, the application filed by the petitioner in Crl.P.No.1293 of 2017 was dismissed by this Court on 20.02.2017, and the present petition is renewal without any major changed circumstances except repeating the contention that he is an employee. Unless there are major changed circumstances, this Court cannot enlarge the petitioner on bail in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Tamil Nadu v. S.A.Raja1.

Sri T.S.Rayalu, learned counsel for the petitioner, could bring no major changed circumstances after dismissal of earlier bail application.

Therefore, I find no ground to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner as it is renewal of earlier request. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY,J Date:24.04.2017 usd 1 2006(1) SCC (Cri.) 58
