THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17727 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in providing police protection, as illegal and arbitrary.

3.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation made by them seeking police protection, in view of interim orders passed by the Civil Court in O.S.No.113 of 2016, and pass orders in accordance with law.

4.

Learned Government Pleader for Home would submit that he has no objection provided the representation made by the petitioners seeking police protection is still pending consideration. 5.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioners seeking police protection, pursuant to the interim orders passed in O.S.No.113 of 2016 by the learned Senior Civil Judge at Gadwal, Jogulamba Gadwal District, Telangana State, as early as possible, preferably within a period of one week from today. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.

CPK, J W.P.No.17727 of 2017 6.

Learned Government Pleader for Home shall communicate the order passed by this Court to the Superintendent of Police - second respondent, immediately.
