HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.1128 of 2010 ORDER:

Petitioner seeking employment in the Government service under the scheme of providing employment to the displaced persons notified vide G.O.Ms.No.98 Irrigation (Proj.Wing) Department, dated 14.04.1986. As the claim in the writ petition is to secure employment in the State Government service, the petitioner has to approach the A.P.Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. The Administrative Tribunal is the Court of first instance to adjudicate the service grievances of any person including persons seeking employment in the Government service. Therefore, writ petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.
