Sri A.Rama Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal. A letter dated 01.11.2018 is also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted and the MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
