HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.542 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not according permission for allotting the works of housekeeping and sanitation in terms of proposals of the 3rd respondent Devasthanam and the clarification given on 19.10.2012 in Rc.No.12/1515/2012 as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned standing counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that the period for which the work of housekeeping and sanitation was allotted is already over and the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also agreed for the same. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent setting forth his grievance and the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
