THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2178 OF 2016 ORDER:

Complaining inaction on the part of the respondents in complying with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26310 of 2016 on 05.08.2016, this Contempt Case is filed. On 14.11.2016, this Court issued notice to the respondent. In pursuance to the same, a counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent stating that in pursuance to the report dated 09.11.2016 submitted by the Tahasildar, Kakinada Rural Mandal, final orders were passed on 02.12.2016 in File No.REVESEC0LAS(CC)/30/2016-SA(E5)-CLO-EG requesting the Deputy Inspector General, Stamps & Registration, Kakinada, for making correction of the mistakes taken place in the category of Annexure-II of Panduru Village of Kakinada Rural Mandal in respect of the land in survey No.182 to the extent of Ac.1.6325 Cts. by deleting the said land from the 'Prohibited List'.

Inasmuch as already an order has been passed by the respondent in response to the notice issued by this Court and since the main writ petition i.e. W.P.No.26310 of 2016 is still pending consideration before this Court, this Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate amendment of the prayer in W.P.No.26310 of 2016 to the extent of his grievance in respect of proceedings of the respondent dated 02.12.2016.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. No costs.
