It is stated by learned counsel for respondent that possession of the subject property had already been delivered to the respondent by petitioner and a letter addressed to the counsel for respondent by petitioner is also placed on record.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that he has no instructions in the matter.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed on the ground that the Revision has become infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Revision, shall stand closed.
