Petitioner's grievance is that she had made an application on 16.01.2015 under G.O.Ms.No.58 dt.30.12.2014 for regularizing her property and the respondents have not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that respondents 3 & 4 will dispose of the said representation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 & 4 to dispose of the said representation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
