When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd Respondent-Metpally Municipality that if any representation/ objections of the petitioner, dated.10-022018 and 14-05-2018 of the petitioner are pending consideration before the 2nd Respondent, the same will be verified and considered as per law. It is further stated by the learned Standing Counsel that insofar as 3rd Respondent's application is concerned, his building permission had already been rejected.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the representation/ objections, dated.10-02-2018 and 14-052018 of the petitioner at the time of considering the building permission application of the 4th Respondent herein. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
