HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.18267 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ....... to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the 4th respondent in handing over the land in an extent of Ac.1-09 cents in Sy.No. 898/ 1C and extent of Ac.0-90 cents in Sy.No.898/ 6-5 of Piduguralla, Guntur District, to the respondents 5 and 6 for establishing the Auto Nagar without notice and without cancelling the D.K.Patta vide Patta Nos.459/ 83 and 468/ 83 duly granted in favour of petitioner's father by name Pusupuleti Chinna Venkaiah s/ o Jakaraiah is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the findings of the judgment and decree dated 29-7-2011 made in O.S.No.146/ 2008 on the file of the court of the Junior Civil Judge Piduguralla, Guntur district...." Mehar Kumar confined his prayer for a direction to the District Collector/ Joint Collector, Guntur, to look into the grievance canvassed by the petitioner through representation dated 11.05.2018 and dispose of the representation. Learned Assistant Government Pleader does not oppose the limited prayer made by the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation dated 11.05.2018 to the District Collector/ Joint Collector, by enclosing a copy of this order, within two weeks from today.

(b) The District Collector/ Joint Collector as the case may be considers disposing of representation as expeditiously as possible preferably within six weeks from the date of resubmission.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
