Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise appearing for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioners is about non-disposal of their application said to have been submitted on 18.09.2019 to respondent No.2-Commissioner, Prohibition & Excise, Nampally, Hyderabad, for cancellation of license issued in favour of respondent No.7 to run the wine shop in the name and style of "Hyderabad Wines" and for not issuing any fresh license. Considering the fact that the application submitted by the petitioners is pending before respondent No.2, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to consider the application of the petitioner and pass orders thereon, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
