It is represented that D.V.C.No.38 of 2009 on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally is disposed of by pronouncing the judgment today morning at 10.30 a.m.

Having regard to the above, the contentions raised in the criminal petition seeking for transfer and stay in the meantime are left open to raise to the extent necessary by filing an appeal or revision, as the case may be, without prejudice to that, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
